Every registration for the period booked entitles:

• Full admission to the 5th World Congress an Preventive & Regenerative Medicine, 2010
• Full admission to BIOTECHNICA 2010
• Lunch and coffee breaks during the World Congress
• Name tag and delegate bags
• Abstract book or CD

The admission to the "Dinner Reception" must be booked separately.

Members Registration

Members of most of the national or international organisations, societies, federations and associations in the field of preventive and regenerative medicine are entitled to register at a reduced fee. If your organisation or association is not included in the list provided at the registration, please contact the organizer. For successful registration you will need to provide proof of your membership during the registration process.

Current Members: IFRM, WFRM, EFRM, PyRaMED, ESAAM

Student Registration

Students are entitled to register at a reduced fee. For successful registration you will need to provide a copy of your student card or letter of proof form your university during the registration process.

Exhibitor Registration

Sponsors, exhibitors and presenter are entitled to register at a reduced fee. When booking a package you will be entitled to a certain number of the free registrations. Every additional booking will be available at the reduced fee stated above. For successful registration you will need to provide proof that you are a sponsor, exhibitor or presenter during the registration process.

Insurance and Liability

Uponregistating, you agree that neither the organizer nor the owner of the venue accept any liability. Participants are requested to make their own arrangements for health and any other insurance necessary. Oral agreements shall not be binding unless confirmed in writing by the organizer.

Cancellation

Cancellations until September 2010 will induce a cancelation fee of 50 Euro for each registration canceled, the rest of the registration fee will be refunded. After 15th September 2010 a refund will not be possible.

Until 15th September, 2010 name changes are possible free of charge. After this date name changes will be charged with 50 Euro each.

VAT

The organizer of the 5th WCPRM is a scientific nonprofit organisation. According to German Tax Law, the congress fees are quoted without value added tax (VAT). Only the dinner reception will be subject to a reduced VAT of 7 %.
